Painting Morris County NJ One House at a Time!

First, all surfaces to be painted will be cleaned and prepared. This will facilitate paint adherence, prevent stain-through, and removes harmful oxidants, pollutants, and dirt.

From the beginning of the job until the very finish, all areas to be painted will be protected by drop cloths and poly plastic, protecting your floors, wallpaper, funishings, etc.

Preparation includes the removal of swtich plates, socket plates, vents, etc., the filling of nail holes, and the spackling of cracks. We will treat and prime any water stains we come across.

Loose paint is scraped, and the wall is smoothed if necessary. All bare wood and repaired/stain damaged areas are primed to ensure proper paint adhesion. This process helps prevent future peeling and bleed-through.

All cracks along door jams, baseboards, crown molding, etc. will be caulked.

All major wall cracks will be repaired by taping and bedding. We will make sure all of our repaired dry wall areas match the existing texture and color as closely as possible.

Finally, the application of paint. Depending on the situation and project demands, Ben's Painting is adept at brush, roller, and spray applications.

We only use quality materials. All our jobs are done in a neat and professional manner by skilled workers who are polite, friendly and work efficiently. The work area will always be neat
and presentable. Following completion, all excess paint will be removed and the entire work area will be clean and tidy. Touch-up paint will be labeled and left for your future
convenience.
